Indeed, many of our potential buyers are well known to us, and we like to meet as many new buyers as possible to establish a relationship prior to a recommendation to a client.

Initial Enquiry

by phone or email, and sending of our non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

NDA

Signing and returning of our NDA, provided with a full CV and/or purchaser history and clarification of your brief.

Introduction of
Businesses

Access to the Information Memorandum (IM) on the secure microsite will be granted upon formal approval of your details by our client

Inspections and
Meetings

STC will arrange the initial inspection and meeting with the seller.

Microsite

Following the initial meeting more detailed information will be accessible on the secure microsite for you to consider prior to making a formal offer. All offers and negotiations take place solely through STC.

The Offer

Once an offer is agreed, heads of terms will be distributed and the matter will be placed into solicitors hands to conclude the transaction.
